We are proud to welcome two new members to our technical / administrative staff to join Lenian Zheng, our Chief Engineer and Optical Scientist. Professor Zheng has over 20 years of experience in the design, development, testing and manufacturing of precision analytical microscopes.

Mr. Russ De Long has recently joined our operation as Director of Technology. His 35 years of experience in optics and thin film coatings will be a tremendous asset. He is an ISO Lead Auditor with a strong analytical laboratory background.

Mr. Clyde Zimmerman, our Director of Operations has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and quality assurance. He has set up manufacturing / quality systems in 10 countries. He has obtained ISO 9000 and AS 9100 registration for many organization in the aerospace and communications industries.
