USMCO PRODUCT WARRANTY

Warranty:  All products manufactured by U. S. Microscope Company Inc. (USMCO) are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment excepting:

• Microscope optical elements carry a 10 year limited warranty.

• Products not manufactured by USMCO, such as Illuminators, Light Bulbs, Lasers, CCD Cameras, Video Enhancers and special attachments supplied by other manufacturers are covered by their individual warranties.

• The USMCO Warranty is limited to repair or replacement at the factory.  This warranty does not cover damage to the product incurred through improper use, abnormal environment, improper cleaning or use of cleaning solvents, negligence, misuse, alteration, modification, dropping / impact damage, tampering, normal wear and tear, fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, or other acts of nature.
